About
Hi, I’m Dani. I’m a Workshop Facilitator, CBT-Informed Coach, and former art educator who supports emotional resilience, self-trust, and healing for individuals navigating life transitions. For over a decade, I worked as an educator, helping students build confidence, self-expression, and emotional awareness through creativity. What consistently mattered most to me wasn’t just the art—it was witnessing moments of self-trust, clarity, and internal shift. That’s when I realized my work was about helping people reconnect with who they are beneath the noise, pressure, and expectations. My own healing journey over the last ten years has been a slow, courageous process of untangling shame, guilt, and fear and learning how to meet truth with compassion instead of judgment. That process didn’t break me—it grounded me. It taught me how to create stability, connection, and forward movement even in uncertain seasons. Today, I work with individuals and groups who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Through both 1:1 coaching and facilitated group workshops, I offer practical, trauma-aware tools that help participants regulate emotions, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My work is rooted in a framework I call Truthbunny—an approach centered on meeting personal truth with love rather than judgment, allowing shame to soften and self-acceptance to grow. This approach is especially effective for people navigating transition, recovery, burnout, or major life change. I facilitate short-term workshop series and group programs for shelters, colleges, nonprofits, and workforce organizations, and I am available for both virtual and in-person facilitation.
