Trajecta provides career strategy and workplace development coaching for mid- to senior-level professionals nationwide. I help clients navigate layoffs, career pivots, leadership advancement, workplace challenges, and the general chaos of figuring out what comes next. As a certified ADHD coach with 25 years of executive recruiting experience, I bring both sides of the hiring equation to the table. My work includes career strategy, résumé and LinkedIn positioning, interview preparation, executive communication, self-advocacy, conflict resolution, and support for professionals who want to grow without forcing themselves into generic career advice that was never designed for them. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent professionals, while also working with leaders and other professionals seeking practical, personalized guidance. Trajecta is also expanding into organizational services, including executive coaching, workplace development, and outplacement support.
